WORKPLACE PERFORMANCE

GENERAL OBJECTIVES OF THE MODULE

The module aims to describe how emotional intelligence affects performance in the workplace.
Based on the European Framework for Entrepreneurship (EntreComp), goes through a set of
competences related to emotional intelligence which are considered key for an entrepreneur so
the learner can get familiar with them, assess his/her own level of development of each of them
and performs proposed activities which can help him/her to improve them.
