                  LEARNING OUTCOMES:

                  others.

You will learn how to communicate with others in an effective way.

                  METHODOLOGY:

Work in groups. You can test
                  with your friends.

                  WHY THIS ACTIVITY IS
                  IMPORTANT?

                  It's important to conduct
                  activities to teach managers to
                  coach because many don't know
how essential it is to the professional development of each and every team member.
Explain why you are doing each activity and what you hope the outcome will be for

                  each manager and his team.

It is important to be able to communicate an idea and to explain why it is important to
achieve it. What you communicate and HOW you communicate are equally important
so you can transmit others not only the words but also the emotions (enthusiasm,
                  happiness, motivation).

                  DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITY
Divide the entire group in one big group of people – the employees – and the leader.

Once you have the division, each person will be assigned a specific objective which can
be somewhat or extremely different from the one of the leader.
