O 4 - EIDE Train the Trainer Course

The role of this course is familiarize VET teachers and trainers with the concepts and context specific to the 2 main fields of emotional intelligence and digital entrepreneurship, as well as with the tools developed withing the EIDE project so they can better support their students and institutions in integrating the new areas.

Target group: VET teacher/ trainers/mentors/professionals

In most educational systems teachers are highly educated and specialized in a relatively narrow field. Emotional intelligence is closer to humanities, digital is closer to STEM. But in real life business, a person needs to be familiar with both in order to succeed. The course is open to any VET teacher, no prerequisites, and immersive enough to provide them with a solid basis so they can effectively support and mentor their students.
