WORKSHEET 2. TYPES OF EMOTIONS/ACTIONS/OUTCOMES
It is well known that actions are closely related to emotions. Most of our actions are
determined by the emotions behind them. There is no 100% rational decision or
behaviour. It helps a lot to be able to determine the type of emotion triggering a
specific behaviour, especially as an entrepreneur. Not
all actions associated with positive emotions have
positive outcomes. Neither do all the least pleasant
actions have negative ones.
Below, list 5 actions from each category (try thinking
into a more entrepreneurial context).
