                  You will be able to identify your strengths and feel empowered.


                  You will be able to identify other´s strengths, reflecting on the positive traits of other
                  people.

                  You will be able to reflect on how every person has positive traits to bring to a team.

                  METHODOLOGY:
                  Individual activity, self-reflection.


                  WHY THIS ACTIVITY IS IMPORTANT?
                  This activity will help you to recognize and put a name to your positive traits, as well as
                  the positive traits of others. This way you will feel empowered and you will have a
                  more positive attitude towards others.


                  DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITY
                  Write your name and the name of one of your classmates in vertical letters. For each letter of your
                  name, give a positive trait you think you have. Do the same with the name of your peer.

                  For example, if your name is Lucas:

                  L – Leader


                  U – understanding


                  C – Creative

                  A – Assertive


                  S – Surprising

                  Do the same with the name of your peer. Then try to justify why you have assigned
                  those traits to each of the letters.
